Drop any image file onto Pic2X3C, and save it as an X3C format model.
Be warned though - this app was written purely for the hell of it, and can create seriously large models.
For example, setting the Output Resolution to 128x128 'pixels' will result in an X3C model with 16641 points and 32770 planes!
